• Hold the license, registration, and insurance that local rules require.
• Pick up calls and follow up with homeowners.
• Give clear, written quotes.

What We Expect

Homeowners reach us at a stressful time. Many are dealing with a roof problem for the first time. We ask providers to meet them with patience.

• Explain the job in plain words.
• Be honest about the work needed. Do not upsell.
• Make no promises you cannot keep.

• Do not promise what an insurer will pay.

We may stop sending referrals to a provider who falls short of these points.

How the Network Works

You stay independent. You set your own prices and your own schedule. You decide which jobs to take. You sign your own contracts with homeowners.

Referral terms are shared with you before you join. Read them. Ask questions. Join only if the terms make sense for your business.

We cannot promise a set number of calls. Call volume changes with the season, the weather, and the area.
